Taranis, the Celtic god of thunder, lightning, and the sky, came to my mind on numerous occassions while holding and looking at this beautiful boulder opal. The brilliant blue flash erupting from swirling chaos of browns and tans summoned the vision of Taranis throughout the crafting of this talisman. Lending to the power of this opal are an insanely blue tanzanite, a juicy green tourmaline (looks like a sour apple jolly rancher!), and a vibrantly rich imperial topaz. Only sterling and fine silver wire were used for this wrap.
